Anyone have Darklands or Daggerfall?

I'm despratly searching for these two abandonware games. Does anyone know where I could get a copy or have one they could send me?

If requesting abandonware on this forum is too out of line, I'll understand if this thread gets deleated, but I'm in a bit of a unique situation (they're for a friend facing a long stay in the hospital) and lacking any experience with warez or abandonware couldn't think of anywhere else to turn. Thanks.

Yeah Daggerfall isn't abandoned, you can find it at Bethesda's Site.
Does anyone know if any other sites sell it. I checked Chip&Bits and Compuexpert and neither sell it. I looked at the other games in Bethesda's catalog and none of them really appeal to me.

Are any of the other bargain games there worth purchasing? $28.50 is more than I want to pay for a game which might be too open ended (think Darklands). So I'd like to pick up another game while I'm at it.

BTW has anyone played Daggerfall?
