Skunkworks!!!

After having completely research the appropriate tech, Adv. Subat THeory, Skunkworks do not appear in the production choice.... can someone help!!

If you are playing as the Spartans, you don't need or use the skunkworks- you already get the prototypes for the same cost as producing the regular unit.

Are you playing as the Spartans? They get free prototypes, so they don't need skunkworks. And on lower levels all factions get free prototypes.

At the lower levels , prototypes do not cost any player extra, and the skunkworks does not appear. I think the first difficulty level it will appear at is either talent or librarian.
