Knocking satellites from the sky

I know you can do this with an ODP but how?

Use the Orbital menu (F6). Go to orbital attack view, select the faction that you want to attack and then hit the atttack button. You dont want to do this unless you have a decent advantage in the number of ODPs because the AI tends to win more than 50-50 on the higher levels. Make sure to keep enough ODPs around to prevent your own satellites from getting destryed too.
