How Many Scenarios?
How many scenarios do you currently have on your computer?
I have around 100.
The best are the "Silmarillion", MJesczenka's scenarios, "Giant Squid's Cloud Chronicles", "Star Wars" by paul caldwell,
-Never tried Gangsters. Heroes of bekthorn was fairly good.
At one point I had around 150

I went and did a quick count: about 120 scenarios, and I just got rid a bunnch of scenarios. That total does not include any of the Microprose scenarios from CIC and FW.

I've got 130 scenarios currently unzipped and playable, and at least another 50 stored in zipped format.
Given that I quickly delete any scenario's I don't like, I must have downloaded 500+ scenarios over the past couple of years

Disk Space
I didn't bother to count the number of scenarios but i did notice that they take up more than twice as much space as the rest civ2! that's alot of scenarios.

154.
My scenario folder take 783,8 MB of my disk...
And thats how many I've got in my rebuilt scenario database, I lost many more about year ago (I have been downloading civ scenarios from the very begining, but I didn't join the forums untill I got ADSL, which was after the loss of all my scenarios).

Not much. I just recently got FW version and downloaded about 20 scenarios. I want to finish them first before I get new ones.

No clue. Just that I haven't played most of them...... I wish Blackclove was still around to make a better version of Dungeon though.

Dang, and I thought I had a lot
I did a full count and got 118.
Where did most of you get your scenario's from?
I downloaded a lot of them from Sidgames/Civ II Universe/ Civ Scenario League/ Civ Scenario Collection

At one point, I had ca. 600 MB worth of scenarios, but then my HD broke down (and I seriously considered giving up Civ2). Now I have 344 MB, including sounds, zip files, SLeague design tips, Microprose scenarios and my own work.
It's 83, I just counted.

Well, I use SLeague a lot. Its also the page I keep homed to. Which also means that I notice when there's an update. And there hasn't been one since March 16th. It appears that the management is out.

150+ plus.
Also, 4 playtest versions of soon to be released ones (like Stefan's new one, which looks fantastic. )
Most of the Downloads came from CSC, which was to be updated, but never was (last update in december), The SL, which appears to still be unreachable (Any news of this, warvoid?), and the Spanish site, which Jay Bee just updated again just recently.
Civfanatics is where I have been getting downnloads recently, and it just added a scenario review section, ala the SL, but I'm biased about that, since I am the editor for it.

And your title links to it too, if you hadn´t noticed that yet.
By the way, maybe my site is one of those ones of which you have dead links. It´s at http://gene.wins.uva.nl/~jvermeir/civ2
Not that I´ve updated it, but anyway
I´m not really the scenario man, myself... The only non-Microprose scenarios I have unpacked on my PC are my own Orbis, JB´s Eldorado and Conquest of Mexico scenarios and Harlan´s Mongols and LOTR scenarios.

I've got 97 scenarios on my computer at the moment, plus a further 20 zipped on my hard drive. They do have a tendency to pile up, don't they? Since I usually delete any bad ones I get off the internet, the anount I downloaded over the years must have been huge!
Apolyton used to be the best place to download scenario's, but it's not as good anymore (with the exception of The Spanish Civilization II Site, keep up the good work Jay Bee ). Over the past few months I've been using Civfanatics more and more to get scenario's.

Visit my site if you need to find more scenarios, H Tower
Click on the homepage link
Yes, Jay, your scenarios were fairly good- I downloaded a few.
I only play one scenario nowadays, the "Colonization of the New World" which has no new units or terrain and the new world is a large mass of land with only the Sioux and the Zulu on it.
