Custom Civilization Creator
How good do you think Firaxis' custom civ maker will be?

One thing is how it should be, another thing is how it will be

Everything and then some....

Just don't make it to hard for everyone to use.(rendering your own leaders? !)It's a nice feature, but it has to stay usable for everyone.

I expect it to be limited and at the same time ridiculously complicated.

The only consolation is we’re all chums here (and well-versed in code) and can rely on each other for tips.

I figure the Civ editor will be just like the Faction editor of SMAC. Also I think that the unique unit for civs will be a seperate editor or done in similar format as SMAC. It was functional and pretty robust, what other features are you guys looking for that would incolve coding? Assuming no 3D editor will be included, it should be a simple point and click choice for stills for a custom Civ leader portrait.
