No, I'm not sure if you can. It would be cool if you could do that. If there was a way to state that you would break your free right of passage agreement if to the Romans if the Romans decide to attack the Indians. There could be other reactions but having some type of stipulation would be very nice to have included in a pact or treaty. I doubt it will be this way but it's still ok to dream.
