-MiG 23 or MiG 27

Case: You might want to post on Scenario League's forum because the Civ2 Creation forum doesn't exactly get....a lot of traffic  And at SLeague, they're familiar with your scenarios and probably more willing to help.

Case- no one's really biting this thread. But concerning the Japanese units- if you're looking for the Type 35 or 37 tank Nemo's generic tank from 2194 Days of war is that model. And concerning infantry what infantry do you need?

Case -
Check out my HiRes graphics patch (it's in the Downloads section). There's a file called NewUnits.gif that includes a seaplane (second row, far right). I'll try to attach it below.
Don't know if this will work for you, this type of graphic does not always mix well with others. If you don't know what I'm talking about, look at my avatar.
