Dan: It is a minor typo in Civilization III: The Civ Legacy: Civ III
In the second sentence of the third paragraph of the page (legacy4.cfm) it says weâre and not we're.

This is a minor error, and I'm just glad I can find it, as it shows that you didn't test the site to mush before releasing it .
