Hi !
I'm from France, and I have a little problem with Civilization 2 : I can't have more than 327,000,000 in population.
Is there a patch for it ?

Nah... no patch fixes that. The number you are seeing is the max number that can be shown in that field. In reality, your population still continues to increase, and you are awarded points based on that, not the number that is shown. So don't worry about it
