OK. Thanks. Now we need yet one player more. And I think I've found it. Stay tuned.

I'm the 7th then.
And have no problems playing as HIVE because that's the faction I normally play as.

What mission year is it on?
I was wondering what mission year it is on?
Because if it is very early then I would like to restart on the fact that I get to choose own password, leader name, first base name, first base position, etc.
If it is later on in the game then I don't mind at all continuing.

Take a seat Mar and don't panic when I tell you that you can actually switch base names, factions names and first base you can't choose in this game, we have default rules.
Now, I hope you don't mind if I put the game rolling...

I did'nt mean it like that. Sorry.
I did'nt mean it like that, i only meant that on some of the other PBEM games they have different player names and stuff for their faction leaders, so I was wondering if you'd put that on.
And as for the settler bit it's okay, i've had the game a long time but only recently discovered this site. So it's understandable.
everything cool. Or do we have to consider war tactics over this, eh University bloke? Mwa Ha Ha Ha Ha. (sorry slipped into character. lol).

has murgen been given the turn??
or did vomitus leave without sending the turn (judging by his posts he hasn't sent it).
That would mean Tubok needs to send the first turn to Mar, if it hasn't been deleted after all this time.
Raise your hand if you haven't played the first turn.

game turn?
All I know.... is that the only "turn" that Vomitus sent to me, that after I took that turn (his I believe...as he gave me the password), it told me that it was Dynamic's turn, so I sent it on to him. That's the only turn I got from anybody.....that would work. And I "automated" that turn as much as possible. Whether this was the game I had started, or the game Ethe started, I have no idea...as both games had really gone nowhere. I've since performed maintenance upon my system, and have deleted all old messages/files from my HD. If a new game gets started... I'm game. My faction preferences are known (Gaian, Pirate, Santiago), and I'm game. : )

"I'm game..." . You're high Tubok! You need to get things organized. Let us know if there is anything we can do to help you.
I heard this wild rumour that someone...Mr.Popovich(in case that name isn't a joke)...who ever he was here...started a new game and he sent me my turn. I guess I'll continue from there. And it would be nice if you would post the turn order if it isn't the same.
(I was delayed because of personal business)

Comm Freqs
Got turn. Are we supposed to have everyones comm frequencies to start off with. I know thats the case with LAN, so I just want to check whether thats the case or not with PBEM before I send it on.

The normal convention is that you cannot contact other factions until you get their comm freq in the game...

So were not sending messages yet?
So we only send messages when we meet each other, even though we do have the comm frequencies?

Yes. The game provides the comm freq's of human players but the done thing is not to use them until you meet others through normal course of events.
