I agree with you LF. To take an advantage is that 'HG converts double black faced city to a content one'-bug feels a bit like cheating.. and I really don't want to cheat. That's why one try with ICS was enough for me.

True, ICS is very powerful and I think it almost always quarantees an easy win, IMO. Playing that ICS-game was very education experience though (thanks DaveV!) and nowadays I build a lot more cities than before.. but with minimun on none overlapping squares!
