Governors in civ 3
The reporters of Gamestar, a german game magazine, made an interview with Sid Meier about civ 3.
According to the short article(Dated: 8/17/2001) there will be a governor and very good automatic functions. The whole preview and the interview will be released on 5th Sepember.
Here is the adress: http://www.gamestar.de/aktuell/solon...d=4938&seite=1

For all guys, who don't speak german, here is a short translation:
"During extensive sample plays we are pleased by above all the many new meaningful automatic functions, which clearly defuse the micro management criticized at the predecessor.
Thus workers worry now also on own fist about cultivation and infrastructure of your realm. Governors remove independently after your specifications the cities, and determining production chains saves the disturbing checking of each settlement, like you have to do in the predecessor" (translation by the program bablefish)
