Scenario Search

Hey all! I'm looking for where I can find St. Leo's "Fictional Americas" I hear that it has C++ programming in it and I would like to see how it is used to implement it in a scenario. If anyone could tell me where it is *cough* *St. Leo* *cough*

Grr, this is what happens when yours is the only site that borrows scenarios from other sites. I guess I should submit it somewhere or something.
