Idea on Unique Civs (game play)
Hi

want I want is the ability to randomize leaders, unique units, abilities, everything that makes a civ special

this will make it so you do not know what your abilities or speicals are nor what your opponents are but will still make differences and the rise and fall idea

basically this is for alternate worlds where civs will not stay the same as here

then instead of planning for it you will be surprised by the SU

also allow a specific civ to be picked multiple times

if there are certain sort of AI (like in SMAC) they could be linked with the special abilities so there could not be mixups (like in SMAC)

IF implemented: the player should only be able to randomize the civ-abilities - not leaders and unique units. Also, the randomization should be between the existing balanced alternatives only.

but leaders (AI personalities) need to be connected with the abilities that they are designed for

also making random special units means that you do not know when your golden age will be, so it will be more random and less planned

also randomizing both your abilities and your opponents will make it more realistic for alternate civs there too

Yeah, but you can keep the same name and picture, etc., and simply randomise their characteristics.
