CTP1 Help multiplayer

Help! CTP1, can not join internet multiplayer game. Shows 1 server USA1(I think) CTP2 works fine, but I'd like to play CTP1, if anyone has experienced this problem and been able to correct it I'd sure like to know. I've tried reloading and everything I can think of to no avail. Thanks.
