Yep, I just noticed a small article on Civ3 on page 59 of this week's issue of Time, entitled "Imperial Ambition". Quoting the whole thing would probably be against copyright laws, but it highlights the game in a couple sentences (the thing is in the corner and its about 6 cm by 8 cm). It calls Civ3 "the greatest strategy title of all time." and says that we can now trade luxuries and build a culture. It ends with a witty "History has never been so addictive." Civ3 was mentioned a couple months ago, but it was said to be already out.
