16 Civ Interface
Could Firaxis be so kind as to develop 16 civ alternate screens? We wouldn't mind a simple 16x16 diplomatic matrix (currently a circle with 8 nodes) or a civ selection list with a scrollbar.

They should increase the number of civs that can play at one time. I mean the game has only supported eight civs since civ1 was released back in 1990 yet computers have advanced by leaps and bounds since then. I think the game would be more fun and more realistic if more civs could play at one time.

...not to mention that 12 or 16 civs at once would make a tremendous couple with the new, biiiiig maps

You can modify it to play with 16 civs, but "some screens don't support it" I don't know if they have alternate screens or if they just don't show as those screens.

If they could just make the game fully support 16 civs, that would be the biggest improvement in the game.

btw, how big are these "biiiiig maps"?

Other than 6x largest (at the most) than civ2's biggest, I seem to recall reading somewhere that we'd be able to have ~20 cities in England. It's that biiiiiig.
