Ok, mabey its a bit early, but I will project that, depending on how one must edit the terrain, civ 3 will outrank civ2 for creating terrain and cities. Just look at the hullabaloo over the mountains. Although I liked them, many didn't, 'to big and unrealistic'. But I think that this prooves what a boon the game will be for scenario makers, particularly those who needed so much more room above the tile to make terrain. I can see this as a great benifit for a remake of the Stalingrad scenario. Nice tall buildings, nice rall ruins of buildings.
Not to mention those who like making cities and villages and suburbs as terrain. So much better.
So, am I being too optamistic?
