Hey, before I begin my oddesy through this entire thread, can anyone remember if there is a Jagdtiger somewhere? I'm sure I saw one, but don't know if it is in here.

Fairlane, thanks very much for the units, I've already started to incorporate them into the scenario. Have you had any luck on some of the Parthian units?

You may want to hang on a bit, Techumseh - I'm sort of tweaking some of the ones I've posted already. I haven't done the Parthians yet, but I will do. Did you say you wanted Armenians as the generic 'other nations' unit?
Leo - yeah, what is it about the glorious Soviet war machine thats got you so riled?

Will do. Armenia and other Anatolian/Transcaucasian kingdoms are represented by barbarians, as are the Judeans and the Numidians. Armenia was by far the strongest of the lot, so they're the ones I'm using to represent the others.

I'll be needing some units from the Sengoku period (Feudal Japan) so if any of you buffs is bored and has nothing to do, well... nudge nudge, wink wink, know what I mean?

The general sentiment. You know. The chest-beating and arrogant jingoism of it all. This really isn't the thread to discuss such matters.

Thanks Fairline. They look great.
Leo, all armies engaged in such self-justification to some degree or another. Without the sacrifice of the Red Army, the defeat of Hitler might have taken years longer and millions more lives. (That should get things going. )

I am looking for some special WW2 units for my scenario. Has anybody some winterized nemo style german tanks as Tiger I, Panther, Pz III, etc ? As all russians tanks in my scenario are in a white/grey shape it would be nice, if the german tanks are designed in the same way...
Furthermore I am looking for some other units as the british Sexton assault gun, the german Hs 129 tank destroyer plane and the german jet Komet.
Attached are the planes Arado 234 A4 and the italian torpedo bomber Marchetti SM79. Can anybody redesign the Arado 234 to the nemo style green design ?

Hey, nice Ar-234. Where did you get that from? By the way the four engine version only reached prototype stage in reality, it was the two engined Ar-234 that entered production.

Thank you. I am currently working on my first WW2 scenario, situated in Europe with a small part of the US. Some units I did not found in several forums, so I created them by myself e.g. the Arado 234 and the italian bomber. It took me quite a time. As I did not found a nice german Jagdtiger tank destroyer I also redesigned an existing nemo unit. Now I am looking for some more units.....
Attached you will find the Jagdtiger

That's a nice Jagdtiger too. I haven't seen any winterised German tanks around. I believe the easiest way to achieve this would be to load up your german tanks and edit the colour palette in your Graphics editor. This will save you having to colour all of the pixels yourself. Well, I say easiest, but I have no idea how to do this but then I'm no good at graphic art and you seem to be familiar with this kinda thing. I'm sure some of the people on this thread will help you.

I am not denying that. By all accounts, USSR won WW2 in Europe. I just find gung-ho slogans revolting.

There is a little walkthrough posted by Pap on page 13 of this thread. Its very easy to do, though I have yet to get it to look right on any of the units I've tried.

At least you've tried FMK. I don't even know if such things are possible with my dusty old software. I'm using MS Paint that came with windows 98.

Great units indeed, fairline. Seems I missed a lot here, the last time I checked this thread was months ago...

Thanks in advance.

Excellent. I am not sure too if his uniform is right for 1821-1826 but is the best i have got thus far. Thanks.
Now only for that Orthodox/Mediteranean city style. I had found some on this thread but they were too "medieval'. I am looking for something more Mediteranean and more in the 1800s (industrial revolution).

The Janisaries graphics fit perfectly for the 1821+ period.
Just confirmed from Osprey's titles.
Thanks fairline.
These Roman civil wars units you frequently post, have they been taken from Osprey's pictures? Could you be more specific about "Roman Civil wars"? Are you reffering to Imperial Rome's Civil Wars?.

At first i thought you were refering to the Social war of 92Bc, and i ignored the graphics, but now that i see this Armenian....
I am working on a scenario about the Roman Empire(check thread "Roman Empire") and some of these could be of great use.

If it is not too much trouble could you e-mail me your graphics of the period?. So i don't get into the trouble of collecting them piecemeal through this thread?
