What do you mean, I didn't think I cut the top off of anything. Here is the picture that I worked off of.

OK, sorry. It looked that way to me. I guess it's time to stop putting off that visit to the optometrist. You're developing quite a collection of Korean War era aircraft. Are you doing a scenario?

Why yes I am. Unfortunatly about the only thing holding me up is the fact that I don't have a map that I like.

What dimensions do you want? What area is to be covered? ie. just Korea and immediately adjacent territory, or larger parts of China and/or Japan? Soviet maritime territories?

Dimensions I am not sure about, I know I want it big but not huge. For territory you almost hit it right on the nose. I wanted part of Manchuria, Korea, Western Japan for airbases to fly sorties out of and maybe Tokyo (not necessary), maybe some Soviet territory if possible to show the possibility of escalation.

Have a look at DV's map. If you want something a bit smaller, let me know and I'll give it a shot.

It just so happens that I have that game. I have a game of the Korean War going (for about five months now!) but haven't been able to really get into it. I play a little here and a little there. Maybe I should get my @$$ in gear and finish it.

Just yesterday I figured out what this is....
Well, if you want to change the color of a unit, just edit the palette with the new shades you want instead. But that us a pain in the @$$ trying to match them exactly. Well, Nemo had this in many of his gif files. It conviently matches up some basic shades. This is also in Scott F's Turtledove scenario.

More Tot units
Here's the human (ie: British) segment of the WotW Martians units posted a page or so back
[Edit: Image has been deleted as I stuffed it up and couldn't seem to replace the image with an attachment. See a few posts further down. Sorrrryy. ]
Can the next person to post let me know if it hasn't shown up? Just in case I've stuffed up again. cheers
This one is in .jpg format so it'll have to be converted to ToT's 24/32 bit .bmp format before use.
First row : 3 Anti-air arty, then a couple of armoured track-layers, 3 SP arty and a tunnelling track-layer - complete with drill heads in front for ... tunnelling.
Second row : A constructor (engineer type), Obs. balloon, a (pretty lousy) submersible, a xeno-telepath (ok that one isn't human), a (grossly oversized oops ) martian flying machine (not human either ), 3 martian buildings and finally the martian city icon which snuck into the units ... somehow.
Well, so much for this being for the humans

We must have the Su-76, anyone draw?
1942 - Soviet SU-76M SP Gun
Armament: 1 - 76.2mm ZIS gun
Engine: 2 - GAZ, 6 cyl. gas, each 85 hp
Speed: 28 mph
Range: 280 miles
Crew; 4
Weight: 12 tons
Mounted on obsolete T-70 light tank chassis. Used in
direct fire support of infantry. Open superstructure increased
vulnerability of crew and did not provide protection against
the elements. Had a long career, serving with many nations
into the late 1980's. Produced in large numbers, second only to the T-34.

It isn't showing up. If you want the picture to show, you need to attach the picture to the post, and not post a link. Simply use the 'attach file' button which is above the 'submit reply' button

They look fine Soundwave. What exactly are you looking for? Are there some new ones there or did you just want approval of your choices?

Use Anzac's/my Lancaster. IMO, Curt got the proportions wrong. The Lancaster was a fairly tall and 'chunky' plane, not the sleek thing that Curt drew.
I spent a disturbingly large chunk of my youth drooling over the Australian War Memorial's Lancaster 'G for George', so I'm rather familiar with the Lancaster

Useless piece of ****. Ignore the huge white border.
BTW, the units are, from left to right: Army Engineers, SA-37 Viggen and a BMP-1.
