AI attack certain units?

Could anybody tell if there is a way to make the AI attack specific units?

1) Give a unit "air attack" and they can only attack air units.

2) Give a unit the "submarine" flag, and it can only attack naval units.

3) Make a unit, and put it right by another unit.

I know this isn't what you are asking about, but it's the best I can do.
