Before my thread got lost someone had reccomended that I use the delevent.exe to correct the problem with the Make Aggression command I had encountered. Could anyone direct me to any instructions since I don't know the slightest thing about this tool.

i think its in the civ2 folder, but only if you have the fantastic worlds (or maybe MGE) add on. Just open up the file manager and drag the save game to the delevant.exe thingy and it will wipe the events from the saved game.
