I don't think the ai will hate you the same way as in civ2. Apparently, they will be more reasonable in determining when to attack you. So there will be no more "Prepare for war b/c we don't like you." But the ai will probably still be harder to get along with witout being cheated on deity.
Also, someone finally chose emperor.
