Converting FW to CiC
What's the difference between FW and CiC scenarios, and how can I convert a FW scenario into CiC format?

I think they are the same format. As I recall, there are a couple of text files that are incompatable, including the labels text. If you just delete or rename them, it should work.

Right. I was thinking CiC to FW, not the other way around.

FW2CIV converter
Case, you can either open up the save game file in a hex-editor and remove the extra bytes, or you can use this program.
Incidently, CiC and "Classic" have the same format.

For starters, the CiC event file can only be half as big.
Next, FW also introduced some new triggers and actions. - ReceivedTechnology
- GiveTechnology
- ChangeTerrain
- DestroyaCivilization
