With the release so close, how about a Pic of the Day?
One a week is not enough to live on. We're starving!

COOL-O! That would be me - gloat, gloat, gloat!! I asked for a screenshot with an army in it, and also suggested that the army be the current unit selected and visible in the unit box. Tell me that won't be ultimately cool! That was in this thread:

I do like the Pic of the Day idea....
Of course, I also like my idea of making the screenshots 1024x768.

O.K. - so I can live with no human readable rules.txt outside of the game editor - (that is, the file the game editor produces will effectively be encrypted)
but can I have / is there a PRINT function so that I can print out the overall unit statistics / Tech Advances / etc. so that I can see what I have / haven't modified as I go along, or do I have to :
tab tab tab tab tab tab tab etc. to get the overall picture as to how a modpack in creation is evolving ?

Also, it seems to me that we won't be able to create scenarios using just this Editor.
I think that the Editor will be excellent for Modpacks. But, will we have a cheat menu for puting cities in, creating units, building roads, etc., just like in Civ2? Or will we have an external Scenario creation tool, perhaps integrated with the Map creator?

I guess it would take too long for you to take a few extra screenshots of the editor, zip them, and e-mail them to MarkG.
