That movie was the most uninformative piece of crap I'd ever seen.

It would have helped if the guy had figured out what he was going to say, before he said it. Instead, he pretty much repeated everything he said twice, not to mention every word he said - "So, so just say you've want to you know, um, um, trade, trade something, then the diplomacy environment, has, has been completely reworked...."
