Dan is... The Man
He will keep stuff from us because well, we don't want to know everything before the game comes out. But then when we're arguing about something (except MP, not his fault...) he'll give us the answer and usually something else, too. And I go wow! He's the Man.
My father tell me not to do this all the time... but I read my post and I'm... babbling... barely coherently at that...

Sometimes he do his job, most of the time doesnt. In a Ask the civ team, one guy asked "Will Civ III allow for a Civ to go through the game without Civ II's inevitable AI attacks? " and Dan just responded with a bunch of ****, 1) he cannot read english properly 2) at school he was not instructed in comprehension of texts.
And above of all, he plays in the lowest levef of all Firaxis team.
Puntuation: 3/10 (the 3 is because he do some good jobs like the massive update. Sid: why do u waste ur money in such jerks?

I think Dan's doing his job - PR for Firaxis pure and simple.
Do I appreciate his presence on these boards? Yes.
Am I always pleased with his answers? Nope.
That's life.

Dan: yea or nay
What does it matter?
I think he is 'swell'. I don't know him personally, but what little of his posts and communcations I have seen, he seems decent, and also curteous in that he actually even gives a crap.
