I think that there is a pretty good amount of new info, however it's dealing more with game specifics that we were unsure of, rather then broader game info we already knew.

For those of you saying that the F-15 will never be obsolete, well heres the proof.

Its says that the F-15 replaces the basic Jet Fighter. Which meanst that stealth bomberes/fighters will replace the F-15

No problem...any new info for Civ3 junkies everywhere is a good thing

Nice catch on the barbarians. Does this mean that barbarian encampments will grow and build terrain improvements? Exciting possibility.

Sounds good to me. What do you mean by "Regular is veterancy level"? afaik regular=3hp, veteren=4hp, elite=5hp for all units.

As for units, we've already seen Modern Armor's stats as 24.14.3. Bye-bye Panzer when they come along.

I believe the greater attack stats are to compensate for lack of firepower stat. To keep everything balanced, you know.

The hp stats sound right from the recent previews. The PC.IGN preview agrees too.

What happens when your army gets defeated? Do you lose your great leader? Does he get captured by the enemy?

To defeat an army you need to kill all the units in that army, the great leader would mostly likely get killed btw.

This week's civ3.com "Screenshot of the week" shows that in the editor you can change what captured units become. The default is "worker."

So that barbarian worker was probably something else before getting captured.
