I have made it to, and through, the manufacture of the Solaris Proj. I can make the gaia controler core andpower satellites, but NOT the friggin' obelisks. wot givvs? Did I shut off that type of winning scenaro some how? If so, how do I turn it back on? Its a drag, y'know, I have plenty of land to put them on. I have tried it on all of the levels except impossible, and they just don't come up as an option. Thanx for your input/answers.

You can actually make it to the end? this game always crash on me half way through the game. So I can never finish.

the obelisks are tile improvements, not city improvements, you need to cover about 61-70 % of the world surface. you can place them in allied territory.
