Captured workers vs. enslaved workers
According to this screenshot:

http://www.gameturbo.com/upload/pre_...0-civ00494.jpg

captured workers are differentiated from enslaved workers. Can anyone explain this? Are some workers turned into slaves, while others can be integrated into the populace? I'm curious to know what people think. I'm especially curious to hear what Dan knows about this.

PS: I would have posted this in the Korean review thread, but that has changed into a cultural/anthropological debate.

Looking at that shot, I have a theory:

It's just like the Aztec's two boxes in that screenshot. The box on the left (captured workers) refers to the workers you have captured from other civs.

The box on the right (enslaved workers) refers to your workers that have been captured by other civs.
