http://www.civ3.com/civoftheweek.cfm?civ=Americans generates 404-errer, but any other civ not yet featured generates Zulu. And also any misspellings.

I would have guessed Japan too - because their UU (presumably Samurai) is "older" than the American UU (F16?).
