I suppose it will be 16 November since it's the release day for all or almost all Europe but not sure...

Any portuguese fellow can help me get rid of my doubts?

I'm not sure about it, but I wouldn't be too surprised if it took longer than that. So I've pre-ordered the game at Amazon.uk, since Amazon.com won't ship to Portugal. This means I'll only get the game in my comp around November 22th.
