New Map Challenge: Nicaragua

Is anyone up for the job? I would like one of the spread-out maps but don't know how it is done. I'd like Nicaragua with parts of Honduras/Guatemala and a bit of Costa Rica underneath. Please let me know if anyone is interested.

I need specifics though:
Size
Exact borders
A scanned map would help (but I have atlases)
Special Terrain (i.e. Tundra = Dense Jungle, etc.)
And anything else it might require...
