It'll be another week of on call nights for me I'm afraid.
Waiting and reading the forums hoping for the first tidbits of real info from actual owners (if they can drag themselves away from the game for long enough to post.....)

Well I'm going to pick up the game from the mall during my lunch break. Then I'll head back to work and try to at least begin reading the manual while waiting for quitting time. Once I get home the rest is history.........
Probably won't be spending much time at the forums until I need a break from playing.

Post at the ACS forums, go to school, Deutsch Klassenarbeit and
something else less important. And of course;
read the first Civ III impressions.

I'll get the game by FedEx sometime this week and then it goes on the shelf for a few days!!! You see, Civ3 is not my life and unlike some here, I am not so impatient to play that it becomes a priority. I will read the manual cover to cover for a few days, then load it up just to play the tutorial for awhile. In the meantime, I'll keep a close eye on the Civ3-Creation forum and wait until someone creates a new mountain terrain (or copy/paste from Civ2)...and then I'll play for real. So there.

...go to work.
Read the freeding frenzy here at Apolyton if I am not busy - paying special attention to the threads that talk about the editor capabilities and the AI.
Wait until either my birthday (Nov. 24) or Christmas to unwrap either civ3 or Stronghold.
And if I am not in the middle of another 'Pharaoh' or 'CTP2 Cradle' game, I will read the manual and start.
In other words, the same as always.

What are you going to do on Tuesday?
I'm going to mope around, reading all the triumphant posts from bucky lastards who have their copies already, wondering when mine will trickle across the border and crawl snail-like into my local store.

Yap, same thing I'm doing today. Reading the posts to see what new information I can gleam from them. Then call the local retailers and complain about the late delivery.

You sick bastard. You're cruel. Do you know how cruel you are? You're very cruel. You might as well be Satan himself.
