Sparta has almost taken all of Mistriss's Cha Dawn's country.
Would the Cybernetic Counicness like to help liberate a city tom show the warmongering Sparta what peaceful nation states of Planet can do?
As head of the UN peacekeeping effet, I would be in overall command, and designate the city(s) to be assulted. It would be expected that no more than 4 ground units would be needed.

Arborman, that happened in my very first pbem. (Was it three years ago already? Goodness!)
Except in that case, a Believing base (on another continent, although near mine) revolted to me. (Morgan) Believer was human player. I had a large tech lead over him and was scrambling to find a way to return the base without giving him any of my techs...
He refused all my offers and attacked the base. *sigh* Then I had to crush him.
