Grothgar- Do you ever sleep?
I don't see how Grothgar could mess with Cal's turn. He wouldn't do something like that. Would he?

I sleep as little as i can, that 8 hours your supposed to sleep can be used for all matter of things. Who cares if your half dead the next day.
And i really dont know whats wrong. seems odd to me, frankly i didnt even know i was last on the list. the tiredness i assume you
Also night time is a place which is just your own. You want to get any work done do it at night because there are no distractions like you get in the daytime, although where i live its about the same
Well im off to bed

I don't think it is grothgar's fault, but I don't know what's wrong either...
...I suggest we start a new game in the interests of fairness!

I've seen similar things happen in single player games. You end the turn, but in the next turn you can only move newly built units. generally replaying the previous turn does the trick.
So I *guess* in this case the thing to do is for Grothgar to replay his turn, save it, and send the file to Cal and see what happens...

I vote for this. I have waited long enough for this PBEM I don't think I can handle starting another one.
P.S. can anyone understand that?

Not for long though I'm going up to Sydney on Saturday and staying for a week, so I'll need to play my turn by then to stop things bogging down for said week
(I could always delegate my turn though... )

Right youll all probably moan at this but i changed my tactics to replay my turn. This time i managed to take Baku, Tblisi and that other city in georgia. And if you dont like it everything else was the same though. allied with nato you know that sort of stuff.

Wow, I have a fan? Thank you! For the sake of world revolution, we shall win!
Oh, and military update:
The invasion of Russia is being tempoarily postphoned to strike the hated APEC countries, All of occupied China has been liberated graciously, many Peoples Republic of CHina citizens reported war atrocities at the hands of the hated APEC. Determined troops also have captured Pyongyang, the capital of North Korea. Steps ar being taken to subdue all counter-revolutionary groups in that city.
On another note, the people's republic of China was unable to get in touch with NATO high command, apparently because of communication failure. That's capitalist effeciency for you.
(note: NATO! The AI wouldn't let me sign that peace treaty with you, sign it on your turn please, and move your troops out of my territory.)

Hear ye, hear ye!!
From the Desk of APEC: Secretary-General Anzacis has announced that Pyongyang and Fushun have been retaken by determined forces and have been filled back up to full strength by APEC. Also the communist governments of North Korea and Vietnam have collapsed due to pressure from other APEC members. Vietnam will have elections shortly and North and South Korea will be united. Good gaming!

Government Announces New Economic Program
The Indian government today announced the start of a massive new economic program designed to boost the already surging Indian economy to new heights. The program will be centered around the construction of numerous factories and power plants, along with other public works projects such as stadiums. The government has continued its call for world peace in these troubled times, and intends to hold India's stability and growing prosperity up to the world as an example of the benefits of peace and neutrality.

CIS Press Release
In the last Month CIS forces have sucessfully conducted operations on two fronts.
On the Caucasus front, CIS forces have routed the Arab Leage invaders and have recaptured Baku, Tibilisi and Batumi.
In addition, CIS Paratroopers have made landings within Iran aimed at cutting rail lines to the front.
below: troops of the 76th Guards Parachute Division board their aircraft.
On the Siberian Front, CIS forces have destroyed the Chinese army based at Ulan Ude. Sadly the city has been completely destroyed, and CIS military casualties have been high.
