All is well...
I don't have much time so I will just give a quick run down. Nato troops have taken the Crimea. A CIS destroyer has been sent to the bottom. A uneasy cease fire has been inacted and messages to China have been left unanswered. Nato is beginning to think that China's calls for peace are hollow. We try to make contact and the chinese leadership shoes us away. If an agreement is not reached in the next month, Nato will be forced to resume the offensive.

I think it was with SunTzu and Cal. I would set my attitude to Enthusiastic and they couldn't get a cease fire signed and they apparently didn't know how to set their attitude because when I would play my turn they would still be enraged and would tell me to be gone.

Well Khabarovsk had a nuclear meltdown.
And seeing peace has a form of re-arming time for the enemy, the Chinese have lashed out in a serious of offenives, advanced by hundreds of new formed 'Red Guards' and Heavy Artillary.

APEC Statement on recent Invasions
These recent invasions by the Chinese have been carried out in complete secrecy, meant to lull the other nations into a false sense of security. They attacked without formal warning or declaration of war and they have broken 2 major peaces with APEC and NATO respectively. Now they have invaded territory that was not their own traditionally (ie Burma and Korea) and cannot hide under the banner of liberation of their people.
All civilized nations of the world should condemn this attack. This is a mokery of international law and procedure.
In order to stop this I ask all nations to at least issue an embargo on China and turn back any Chinese ships to port under escort. Also I would hope that nations would join me in a coalition to curb the Chinese offensive, to restore the lost territories of APEC and NATO, and to collect reparations from China for the damages and destruction incurred from her with these invasions.
I ask you to choose the right side and to help mediate this situation.

CIS Press Release
President Putin is greatly concerned about the recent Chinese actions, which appear to have broken no less then two peace treaties!
The CIS Government wishes to remind the Chinese that the CIS is no pushover, and that the price of breaking the CIS-China peace treaty will be the destruction of the Chinese nation.

CIS Press Release
CIS and NATO Make Peace
In light of the recent Chinese offencive, NATO and the CIS have signed a peace treaty. However, the CIS government remains sceptical about how trustworthy NATO is, and defences along the NATO-CIS border have been greatly increased.
Herat Occupied
In order to limit the Indian advance into Central Asia CIS forces have occupied Herat, the last remaining Afgan stronghold.

Cease fire signed! The chinese government finally came to it's senses and signed a cease fire with the Nato government. The recent offensive by the Chinese government was obviously an attempt to take advantage of Nato's recent troubles along the EU-CIS border. After the liberation of Kaoshiung, Pyongyang and the taking of Hong Kong and Guangzhou; the chinese finally accepted the Nato governments offer of peace. The European Union stated,"... never let the olive branch fall from our hand" in a statement from the EU to the Chinese communist government.
Redeployment of bombers, warships, and troops Oh my!
After the recently signed peace treaty between the CIS and NATO; four B-2 bomber wings, several warships, and four marine divisions have been redeployed to protect our interests in the Pacific region. NATO has assured the governments of the European Union that this in no way will affect the defensive capability of their countries.

In recent negotiations with APEC, the NATO government has agreed to return Pyongyang to it's rightful place in their organization. (that is as soon as I figure out how to do it)

APEC signs peace with China and land is returned.
BREKING NEWS!
The Chinese 5th and 12th Armies has just jumped lines en masse and have joined APEC forces. They dislike the Communist and want to free their homeland, but they have had to be calmed down.
