I'm not going to see the game for at least two weeks this side of the pond. Fortunately my copy of Dark Age of Camelot arrived last thursday so I can extensively play at Knight combats instead

I should have Civ 3 right now. . .
the EB guy called me to say "hey your copy of civ 3 LE came in a day early", he called back 5 minutes later and said, hey thank god I got hold of you we can't sell it until tomorrow... so i said "well technically you already sold it so in actuality you are just allowing me to pick up something that is no longer yours anyways" ... he said "good point let me talk to my boss"... still no good but he sympathized with me... oh well.

I hope Best Buy got their shipment in late last night. And I hope Civ3 was part of that shipment. If so, I'll have it tomorrow!

Re: I should have Civ 3 right now. . .
hehe, you should try carreer in law though, delivery method and time is 'essentialia negotii', although it beats me why they would not let you have it earlier

I will have mine in:
a) S days if Amazon ships the Tin Can.
b) Approximately seven months if not, as I will not pay a full price for the SE. Call me stupid, but this is unfair, and I'm not happy.

It's interesting to see who started it, and who posted in it. But now it will prolly get locked. Maybe not.

Oldest thread? Wow they must have done some serious pruning if all things pre the release of Civ III has been archived. Shame they couldn't be more selective by saving the good idea threads for future reference and eliminating all the 'no mp - this suxxors' ones

In the spirit of economising perhaps we should keep this thread ticking over so it can be used for 'Who has PtW' in the not too distant future.

No... I'll start the PTW when needed
Wow. They must have deleted all the older Civ III threads
I didn't think I had the oldest one.
Actually, I think this was the oldest one that hasn't been posted to in a certain time as searches only work by LAST POST date
So... it was the most unpopular oldest thread
Nearly a year old, 10-30-01

Blacksalsa's a little late in getting it, and that's cool. I'm a little late in reporting it--like 8 or 9 months, so yes, I have Civ 3.
Why the heck was this dragged out of mothballs?
