How slowly the game runs?
I remember when SMAC came out. I had Celeron 433 then. I just hated it how slowly the map scrolled.
I'm beginning to fear that so is the case with civ 3.
I have:
AMD Thunderbird 928 MHz
512 MB RAM
Radeon 32 DDR
Infinite amount of hard drive space
Terrible headache because i sleeped only about an hour last night.
Does anyone who has played the game any info on this?

I feel really sorry for you. Thank god I had money to upgrade my machine before civ 3 was released.

This game is going to be all about processor and RAM I pity those with lower end systems as they probably will find large maps with 16 civs impossible to play...
Then again you can turn off animations and stuff to speed it up.
