thats pretty much all the rules editors.
also, you seem to be able to differentiate where you shielded grasslands will be with the pallete brush rather that a resource seed.
Not to mention that all of the terrain bonuses can be placed wherever you want via the brush as well!!! ....note my screenie:
I call it 'Horses and Grapes'... a true masterpiece.
