Please forgive this newbie question but, could someone tell me how to make a unit pic?

There are several guides about that might be able to assist... Scenario League's Design Tips is at sleague.apolyton.net/Guides/tips_main.shtml while Alex's War Gallery does have a document on this particular point at chat.ru/~kabalero/Guide.htm - he had a more comprehensive web guideline with step-by-step images, but it seems to have been erased.
