Build Road to City option
Have not found this ability - to tell the Worker to build a road to a desired city.
Does it come with an advance, did I miss something?

With your worker selected, press CTRL-R and you will get a cursor that looks something like the GoTo cursor. Click the tile you want the worker to build a road to and he will begin building a road to that tile.
