According to MarkG, the moderator, in this thread, the pan-European date is 16 Nov. He is a Greek, so I guess that may answer your question.

I asked in Papasotiriou stores and they told me they would have it in a couple of weeks the most so I guess the 16 November is a valid release date.

Well, two weeks after the US release is a good date
