Patch Suggestion (REALLY HANDY)

There is one feture I'd liek to see in patch mod. Not a Biggie.. but when a city goes in disorder/back to order can we get a dialog (kinda like the build complete prompt) which will zoom to the city view. SOmetimes far too many cities go into disorder or back to order (excess entertainers) and i cant remember them all.
