A list of a few things that need to be fixed for Firaxis.

Allow to zoom to city when civil disorder appears. And make the city's name red in the advisor screen.

Make it so that the advisor dialog popup windows center on the screen and not on the top right corner.

The 'jingling' sound that the advisor makes every time he says something is so annoying I have to turn the volume down. I think you should just remove it, or replace the sound with a singluar sound that is not irritating.
