Should I buy?

I know this question has probably been answered before, and I could probably come to my own conclusion by reading all of the posts with good and bad things about the game, but a poster who complains about many features of the game may still recomend getting the game. So, I'd just like to ask everyones opinion on whether or not I, a 14 year old with limited cash, should purchase the game or not. Is it worth it?

There are some minor issues which needs to be fixed, but even at present state the game is the best game I have ever seen and will ever see, if you liked civ and civ2 you'll just love this one.
