Conquest since culture takes too long and is somewhat boring, and since civ diplomacy typically dosent treat you fairly... only option left is to annihilate them

I saw that we have a very balanced result, until now... And I read in another post that the Cultural Victory is a very difficult one, due to insane corruption and the Infinite City Sprawl (ICS) done by the AI.

Any tips from the winners about this?
