Hi Mankind!
I am not sure what you mean by signatures, but what I can tell you about the advisors is that they really do give good advice. They provide useful comments about for example the other civilizations, how advanced they are in comparison to you when it comes to science, military, and culture. They'll in some cases give you useful hints on what to construct next (like when your city stops growing because it needs an aqueduct the advisor will ask you if you want to put an aqueduct next in the build queue). They'll help you figure out what kind of a deal during trade/diplomacy will be accepted by the computer opponent (if you played CTP 1 or 2 you may remember how hard it was to guess what the computer would find acceptable or not).
I am very impressed by it all, and I hope this answered your question too - if not, you are welcome to ask more

That is to say this I badly expressed oneself; I am sorry
Went about this :" when advisers advise and express own opinion whether one can this what they speak to read
During game I would want to have possibility of perusal this what they said
For example something like this: adviser speaks and under him are written out his statements [ subtitles/signatures ]
If again I mixed something excuse me
Thanks for answer's

Another great example of hint from the advisors is the following... (I read somewhere around these forums...)
Military Advisor: "There is a barbarian camp building up near City X."
About ten turns later, a barbarian raid attacked City X.
If it was with me (I´m civ-less, until now...),
I would reply: "Damn good advice! I will pay more attention next time! "
