City beyond size 20??? Why do I want it ?

I was just thinking of it...

You guys don't think it would be fair for entertainers to generate culture too? After all, entertaining IS major part of a culture.

Sure, it could become cheesy since you could put an entertainer on that size 2 city for a few turns so you could get the full city "X" without building a temple or library.

But, if they generated culture AFTER one of these improvements were made, it would be a good addition to the game, wouldn't it?

Just thinking of it...
