Well, it seems that Civ 3 doesn't have much scenario making potential as it stands now, so what I suggest is a new Ripoff Pack with Civ 3 graphics adapted to Civ2.
What d'you reckon?

I've heard mention of EU in the Civ 3 forums... although I am not familiar with it.... what's it like?

I still haven't purchased Civ 3 yet, simply because it has not yet been released in Australia.
